Madison, Wisc. – The 56th Annual World Dairy Expo is under way, bringing thousands of cows – and tens of thousands of people – to the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. LF looks forward to meeting dairy enthusiasts from around the world and to cultivating our longstanding relationships with farmers and business partners.
“Coming together the first week of October is a favorite fall tradition for the dairy community,” said Julie Veldhuis, Director of Business Development at LF and Board Member, Dairy Girl Network. “This is the meeting place where we enjoy friendly competition among dairy cattle, top-notch educational sessions and a trade show spanning the entire dairy ecosystem. LF will be talking to farmers about their current challenges and how sustainability solutions like our renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities can help address them.”
LF’s #WDE23 participation includes sponsorship of Dairy Girl Network (DGN)’s Family Lounge, the 10th Anniversary Connect networking event and the Tanbark Talk, “Women Leading Dairy: Challenges and Opportunities,” co-hosted with National Milk Producers Federation’s National Young Cooperators (YC) Program. Congratulations to the DGN organization on reaching its 10th Anniversary milestone!
